Probably the best truck buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a 2024 F-250. My salesman, Jeff Trankler, was fair on my trade and the most down to earth salesman I have ever dealt with. If my wife hadn’t gotten a new Explorer last spring we would be going here to get her a new one also.

I'm on my second F150 from Lutesville and I cannot recommend them enough for both sales and their service team. Anytime something has come up, from small and annoying to 'it won't go' they've been there and taken care of it without delay. The service staff talk to me like an adult and can understand them - which is important if you're a woman.
They have mobile service, do pick up and drop off, and are always super friendly. I'm glad I have someone I can trust as my mechanic dad retires.

Just wanted to brag on their excellent customer service! Brandon Long just recently sold my dad a 2014 Ford F-150. When we got it home, we had some issues with it. Brandon made sure that the issues were fixed for free. What a great business! Totally recommend buying a new car from these guys.

The world is a global market place because of the internet, and few dealers recognize this. These folks do. I spend most of my time out West and found Lutesville Motor Co, to be highly competitive in pricing and extremely helpful in helping me make my purchase long distance. I asked for any problems or surprises via pictures before I fly out, and they did. Nothing was held back.
I could choose anywhere to buy. I would do it all over again. I recommend getting serious with Jodi, or any sales staff, I bet they can beat the competitor. Heck, they even came out and helped me sync my phone to my new truck before I left.
